Pick-up & Delivery

We have an option for pick-up from a central London location, and ship everywhere in the United Kingdom. For an additional charge, we offer delivery.

Standard shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days during the regular season. In December and June, delivery times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, speak to us first. 

Returns

Items are not eligible for return except specified, as each is tailored bespoke upon order. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and we will attempt to make it good. If we are unable to, you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card (electronic) for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
